Specialist care, considered together
A treatment plan built around you.
Lymphoedema is not the same for every patient.
The right treatment depends on its cause, stage, distribution, remaining lymphatic function and the balance between fluid and fatty tissue. Every surgical decision begins with specialist assessment and multidisciplinary review.
How assessment worksOur treatments
A comprehensive surgical pathway.
The appropriate operation depends on the type and stage of lymphoedema—not simply on the size of the limb.
Lymphaticovenous anastomosis
A minimally invasive supermicrosurgical procedure that connects functioning lymphatic vessels to tiny nearby veins, creating new routes for lymph fluid to drain.
Often considered when usable lymphatic channels remain and fluid-predominant swelling persists despite well-managed compression and therapy.

First, we build a clearer picture.
Real-time lymphatic mapping helps us move from a general diagnosis to an individual treatment strategy.
We consider your history, symptoms, tissue changes, previous treatment and priorities. Where appropriate, ICG lymphography shows superficial lymphatic flow and helps the team plan the most useful next step.

Surgery can improve drainage, reduce limb volume, lessen symptoms or infections and make lymphoedema easier to manage, but it cannot guarantee a cure. Many patients continue compression, therapy or other self-management after surgery.
